It’s been more than a month and I still haven’t received any refund from @TATACLiQLuxury They say they have initiated the refund and it is not reflecting. Sick of @TataCLiQCare
Very poor customer care service.

@TataCLiQCare @TataCLiQCare As I said in the call, those are not my signature.. also that is not even a signature. It is just a line drawn which could have been drawn by the logistic members itself.
As I said, I have received no product. On 31st there is no delivery entry on my society’s gate!

Have been only receiving such emails and no support AT ALL. No action has been taken yet!

I’ve not received the product nor even got my refund. No one is taking the responsibility here.

That was delayed to which I have made a complaint too and now it is showing delivered on app and I have received it. It’s been weeks I tried calling customer care and emailed too. Still the issue is not resolved!
