@AmazonHelp Refund is not initiated, thats the whole point. Customer support is telling it will take 10 days to refund amount . Can you process the refund manually?

What a scary experience! Ordered 10 packets of same medicine from @Apollo24x7 . Delivered only 2 packets. Payment done for 10 packets. Ticket opened , agent called. It has been two days, no resolution yet. My father is suffering from asthma and Apollo don’t have solution for it.

@Airtel_Presence How you can decide that it's correct. I have requested disconnection on 15th April and I have paid all dues till then as i unbundled plans. Now if you guys did delay to close my request, I should not pay right. Call me i can clarify.

@Airtel_Presence How shameful it is . After the connection got closed post my tweet. Again the pending bill is sent to me and guess what that bill is not supposed to be paid by me. It was Airtel problem as they did not close account on time.
