Extremely disappointed with @canarabank service. I’ve called 7–8 times for a loan inquiry, callbacks were scheduled multiple times, yet no one ever calls back. How difficult is it to make a single follow-up call?
@GetSmytten - This is unacceptable. There is no option to connect with a customer support executive, only a chatbot. This is a serious security issue related to OTP and delivery status. If I do not receive a call from customer support immediately, I will escalate and report this
