Launched BuildNow, the new Unified Online Building and Layout Approval System for Telangana.

As per the new system, drawing scrutiny processing time would be reduced from weeks to minutes.

The existing TGbPASS system takes nearly 30 days for scrutiny.

The approvals for non-high rise buildings would be reduced from 21 to 15 days. While the issuance of occupancy certificates would be reduced from 15 to 10 days.

The new system would be open to the public from February 1, 2025.

The maximum speed limit on #ORR is increased to a maximum of 120 kms/ hour from the present maximum limit of 100 kms/ hour

Found this dog near #Arogyasri (at the end of road #46) Jubilee Hills - might have climbed up from #DurgamCheruvu walking track .. he was alone & was being hounded by street dogs
