@BasedUTXO Or play with real world money that you can use to buy/sell anything in seconds from any business in the world by putting said money in a couple of FDIC insured bank accounts. Insured up to $250k/each account. Or am I just silly?
@skysupersonic Weird. I haven't lost any of the money I have spread across 8 different US banking institutions that are all federally insured at $250k per account. 🤷♂️🤪
@RalphNorman can you point me to the article or comments back to the community of 65k investors where you revealed your findings or determination of fraud? Where is your response, years ago, to all of us bag holders?
Also, @RalphNorman , please provide ANY of the evidence you and your team found so we as ppl who were "defrauded" can see it and evaluate it with our attornies... thank you for your attention to this matter.
@thatgirltrader I guess I don't understand if he "did everything he could", did he ever respond to ANYONE that he determined it to be fraud? Not to my recollection. He just went silent to the community.
Fwiw... AST(equinity) will not allow more than the actual share count on record to be transfered into. Otherwise, it too is liable for securities fraud.
TLDR; if you want a payout, be the last one on the boat to transfer. If you want to be part of a private conpany that has no desire to trade on the open market, xfer now. 🤪
@east_ldn2026@MmtlpD2627 These are the counts of record for what brokers "should" have been issued legally.
This is not a count of what brokers have naked shorted or synthetically created to pass out.
@DavidDi49963202 Brokers hold the bulk cert so they are the ones who get to cast votes. They can just cast votes for the number on their bulk cert.
it doesn't unmask or reveal their bogus cusip counts. 🤷♂️
Agreed. Maybe an inexperienced supervisor or someone who couldn't tell a 4 hour estimate from a 40 hour estimate.
Both were at fault, but lean more to the emoloyees fault for taking advantage of the situation, thats morally wrong. Stealing from a company because they don't see it is still stealing.
He did. He would take low hanging fruit from the list and no one questioned how long it would take to complete. Working a few hours a day he could meet those deliverables.
It was negligence on management / his boss as well as his for not knowing how to judge or estimate work load.
