Sourdough pizza order was confirmed, then munirka outlet called it is not available. Order was for slim creamy mushroom sourdough....we then asked if pesto one can be done.....that also after 1-2 mins they refused.

Also return money in UPI not vouchers

Deficiency in services at Munirka Outlet and Dominos as a whole.

Munirka Outlet does have sourdough or certain items all the time. Vasant vihar outlet refused to place an order on call.

Dominos does not allow certain areas to order from a different outlet.

Allow people to order from a farther outlet. Vasant vihar outlet is not very far from munirka outlet. Yet we cannot order from it via app, @zomato or @Swiggy .

Why divide areas on the basis of outlets when certain outlets are inefficient.
