Hello Strugglers!

We're capping off Berserk Month with our May 2026 Animation Progress Reel! May has been a surprisingly busy and productive month for us, and we've just been super excited about everything to come.

Episode 1 is nearing the completion of it's storyboard phase, which means the episode production will be in full swing! We are also beginning to plan out more episodes too, stay tuned for updates on that.

We truly cannot thank you all enough for the support you've shown this cause. We're honored to have shared this first year with you all, let's continue to make Miura-Sensei proud!

Since May is a very important month for us, with it being the month our studio was founded as well as what we consider "Berserk Month" to honor Miura-Sensei, we wanted to showcase to you something truly special.

Attention Strugglers! Today is the 1 Year Anniversary of Production ASCENT's founding! I am super proud of what we have built here, and I am excited for yet another year of awesome adventures.
To those on the production team, thank you for everything you've done not just for me; but the entire Berserk community! We've spent the last year working our asses off to give the Berserk community the hope that something like this IS possible done right, and for that I can't even begin to describe how grateful I am. To those in support of our efforts, thank you! With your support, we've been able to build confidence in a team that can deliver and keep on delivering. We hope you'll continue to hold down the fort with us as we continue through the production process. This at the end of the day is a labor of love made by you, for you - so let's keep pushing until we've reached our goals!
Once again, it's been an honor to spearhead this entire operation. I love you guys so much! Let's make this next year an even better one!

On this day, May 6th, 5 years ago; Kentaro Miura, the author/mangaka of Berserk had passed away at age 54 due to Acute Aortic Dissection. Today, we honor Miura's legacy by sharing our love for the story he put so much blood, sweat, tears, time and love into. We are here because of him, and we could not be more grateful.

Rest in Peace, Miura-Sensei.
