What to expect in Charleston on Sept 11th:
-5:00am: Set up begins for the reversal of I-26.
-8:00am: Trooper “flush cars” leave Columbia and travel down I-26 to I-526.
12:00pm: All lanes on I-26 will be reversed westbound to I-77 in Columbia.
