Rest is not perverse nor a luxury you can’t afford.
Challenge this thinking and make space for intentional rest this month. We’ve all come off the back of a grinding 2022.
Start 2023 with an overhaul of what your idea of rest means.
Give it the reverence it deserves.
@VirgoCrissylove@kanyewest This is a parody and she’s taken it down because so many thought it was serious. Here’s another parody she made https://t.co/f3BMXPszmY
If you don't pick a day to rest, your body will pick it for you. Those of us who are always on a rollercoaster must have as much discipline in taking a rest, as we do in giving our best at work. We must always remember that we are only useful when healthy and productive!
I was talking to my son this morning about regrets I have :
1. I didn’t save or invest enough in my 20s and 30s
2. I didn’t follow my passion and hone my creative talents
3. I didn’t follow a consistent exercise routine.
I think it’s natural to have regrets.
What are yours?
People waste time in their 20s and regret their 30s.
Use your 20s to:
- Invest in yourself
- Become healthy
- Develop good habits
- Pay off debt
- Invest in assets
- Create a business
You will make mistakes, but you still have time. That's your unfair advantage.
If you are interested in talking further, please book a free virtual call & coffee with me so we can discuss some of your options.
P.S. just remember - there are always options. Always.

This idea that we are somehow defective because we can no longer carry the intense burden of the unrelenting stress we face at work, at home and with life feeling more and more extreme is utter BULLSH*T!
There are ways you can start to manage the effects of this stress so you can once again create/ live a thriving life.
You might just need someone to talk to who can stay impartial and objective - to come up with a plan with you to combat your current situation.
