@MarkJCarney So, now that Canada stands alone in being encumbered by you ludicrously contrived ‘net zero’ nonsense, will you have the decency to quit before the entire rest of the world injures themselves laughing at you (and by implication, us)?
@wealthmoose Carney: EU is the best thing ever and we should be part of it.
German Chancellor: We really messed up. We’re paralyzed by over regulation and centralized mandates; this whole thing was a mistake.
Of course you did!
Because perpetuating an un-winnable conflict that sacrifices countless Ukrainian and Russian lives makes far more sense than feeding hungry Canadians, or reducing the number of Canadians dying before they get medical treatment.
You will both roast in hell for the death and suffering you inflict.
@MarkJCarney Seriously Mark?
If you had been at Oxford or Harvard on the days when they explained WHY leveraging is such a stupid idea, maybe we’d be in much less of a mess!
Let me know if you’d like a ‘Cole’s Notes’ version.
Happy to educate.
@toronto_morning If neither Harvard nor Oxford educated Mr. Carney on the difference between debt and equity, I think he has very reasonable grounds for claiming tuition refunds.
@MarkJCarney I’m sure Harvard and Oxford do an exemplary job of explaining the difference between debt and equity.
It’s a shame you were absent both days.
@MarkJCarney For all our sakes, please get some help. Mental Health disorders no longer carry embarrassing stigma; your Narcissistic Personality Disorder is now so advanced I’m sure you have no idea of your constant need to lie. For an intelligent man, this is such a waste.
I’m sure that in all that elite education you bought somebody would have made the effort to explain to you that ballooning the public sector by depleting the economically productive private sector is not something to brag about.
I guess when your goal is equality at the expense of liberty, that’s not a problem.
A lot of people fought a lengthy Cold War against people like you. And we’re willing to do so again.
I am a compassionate conservative. I believe in social safety nets and the moral responsibility to care for the disadvantaged.
But instead of using the plight of the impoverished as an excuse to impoverish more people, how about making life better for everyone by reducing the GST burden altogether? The economic models show very clearly how that makes EVERYONE better off. But I don’t suppose that kind of modeling is of much interest to an authoritarian communist hell bent on destroying our economy.
@CedarAndHoney@PierrePoilievre Yeah! Let’s help the Europeans go to war with Russia - that’s bound to reduce the number of people dying on wait lists for Canadian healthcare.
Ummm…. Not exactly true…. The term ‘Palestinian’ was invented in 1964 by Yasser Arafat. Eventually, his PLO group became such a nuisance that the Jordanian government threw them out, forcing them to seek a new home. By rekindling their default anti-semitism, it was somewhat natural to make Israel their target for occupation.
@MarkJCarney Wow. Actually taking time to work through the issues with our most significant ally/neighbor/partner. Seems like you’ve been way more focused lately on selling out Canada to your climate-cult commie buddies at the EU!
