We have from the SEC itself:
- Emails in which Hinman is warned to never meet with a certain member of the Entperprise Ethereum Alliance because he has criminal conflicts of interest.
- Emails in which Hinman jokes that the ethics office doesn't want them to meet, but he'll watch the EEA member pay for his own lunch.
- Emails in which his buddy from Simpson Thachter tells Hinman that some of their clients call him their "golden ticket."
- Emails talking about how there were numerous "confidential emails" between the SEC and JPMorgan about Ripple.
- Hinman's calendar with dozens of calls and meetings with EEA members. And with obviously impossible entries. Like giving a speech in San Francisco and meeting with Ripple in Washington at the same time.
- A memo that Hinman did not give the speech he indicated he would give to SEC leadership.
- Hinman's interrogation in which he has no recollection of anything going back only a few months, but remembers every word of meetings that took place years ago.

I could go on and on, but I think you get the point.
