@PhDemetri One of the goals in my class is that people become consumers of everyday statistics and investigate them. I.E. Don't believe every stat you read/see.

@ryancbriggs I found working out at home was super hard to keep to. There was always something to clean, cook, etc. I love going to a local gym because everyone there is working out AND I get to listen to my music super loud (can't typically do that with my kiddo in the car).
