@GistsmateMedia The matter if unchecked would give other students effrontery to do similar or worse to their lecturers. At the same time, there is a minimum standard on how to deal with students in class without necessarily touching them when they are angry. Both have cases to answer.
@GistsmateMedia Both have their faults. The lecturer didn't have to touch him after showing him the way out. The touch is enough to charge him. On the part of the student, his comportment right from the period the video commenced showed that he is rude and would hurt his lecturer at any chance.
