Can anyone explain PCT not allowing 22 yr man with cancer the treatment which has 75% chance of stopping his cancer growing for 2-3 years?!

Need to persuade Govt. to fund best treatment for patients with rare cancers. Sadly back to era of postcode prescribing. Must fight this!
