trying to request an invoice through all possible channels (phone, chat) etc, to reclaim expenses and I can't make progress. Conversation shut down by customer services, answers generated by bots. There is a saying in Spanish: 'lo barato es caro'. #RyanairCheapisDear
@fatima_gunning I have very dear cousins born and raised in the US, both their parents are Irish, nobody questions their claim to American identity. My very dear niece was born in Australia. She has an Irish passport, but she is certainly Australian.
