I try to ensure all the songs and stories I tell my daughter have a strong moral to them to help her grow and learn.

For example, the song I just made up:

"If you don't eat your veggies...

My daughter and I just had a pretend Pokémon battle with her stuffed animals. After every attack, she would pause the battle and put a pretend bandage on the hurt Pokémon to ensure they were OK through the duration of the battle.

The world could learn a lot from toddlers.

When you're playing with your daughter, her laughter is the greatest most wholesome sound in the world.

When everyone else in the house is asleep, you're playing The Evil Within, and you suddenly hear her giggling through the air vent, it's absolutely fucking terrifying!
