@derby1592@CraigMilkowski Kudos to Craig. His reasoning was the best I heard. Hoped he crushed it. I screwed up a mega score by getting greedy. Had the P3, Win and Exacta but ruined the ROI by leaving Chip Honcho off my Tri, Super & Hi-Five tix.
@vlad33301@JusticeforB_MD Interesting.
First, how does your .05 p correlate to a “clinically meaningful” one-day symptom reduction?
Second, I am not expecting a partnership announcement because that would mean they made likely made a poor deal, ie, without knowing the data. 🤷🏼
@GoodGuyGuaranty Done many of these - Developer typically pays for both legal fees & architect/engineer fees to review adequacy of the plans. The amount of the license fees depends upon the loss of use of the neighbor’s property and duration. The real money is for obtaining consent to underpin.
@antonia_mdprjct FWIW - Seen it twice that I recall - in last 25 years. Clients gladly paid it. I strongly recommend offering an appropriate incentive bonus if you are seeking LDs.
Just kidding there’s no way to be a rich architect. You have to really just enjoy it and forget about money.
Or get a different career. Maybe parlay your skills into real estate or advertising or something.
@mwmoedinger Through experience I’ve learned to adapt to the culture of the particular project participants. Some are not great at answering emails and are simply more responsive to a phone call or a text.
@ThisAmerLife@zachthemack Terrific, gripping, brutally raw episode. Serious question: are there any mental health experts that specialize in this type of situation?
