Before pushing any low-cap, one question matters most: how much supply is actually liquid, and who's holding it?

I pulled the on-chain data for $FOLKS and $CLO. Reported circulating numbers are misleading on both — the real float is tiny.

Both unlock in Nov 2026.

Thin float + concentrated supply + a Nov unlock on both = overhang risk outweighs the setup.
