If I am reading these highlights from @CFA_United correctly:
5% retroactive to July 1 2023
Another 5% on July 1 2024 - as long CA funding to CSU is what it has been in the past
Another 2.65% for the 24/25 school year.
So that's 12.65 over 2 years and we can renegotiate in 1 year.
