د. حسام أبو صفية… حين يتحوّل الطبيب إلى أسطورة مقاومة

في قاعةٍ باردةٍ تُحاصرها القضبان،
جلس الطبيب الأسير حسام أبو صفية لا كمتهمٍ يُقاد إلى محكمة، بل كقضيةٍ كاملةٍ تختصر وجع غزة وكرامة شعبها.
كان وجهه شاحبًا من قسوة السجن، لكن ملامحه بقيت تحمل تلك الصلابة التي لا تصنعها إلا المواقف العظيمة.
عيناه المتعبتان لم تكونا عيني رجلٍ هزمته القيود، بل عيني وطنٍ أنهكته المجازر وما زال واقفًا.
ظهر د. حسام في قاعة المحكمة كأنّه خارجٌ من تحت الركام مباشرة؛
ملامحه تحكي ليالي التحقيق الطويلة،
وجسده النحيل يفضح ما فعلته الزنازين بأصحاب المبادئ،
لكن هيبته بقيت أعلى من السجّان وأقسى من السلاسل.
هذا الطبيب الذي كان يحمل سماعته بين أروقة المستشفيات لينتزع الأطفال من الموت،
يحاول الاحتلال اليوم أن ينتزع منه إنسانيته،
غير أنّ الأبطال الحقيقيين لا تُهزم أرواحهم داخل المعتقلات،
ب�� يتحولون هناك إلى رموزٍ خال��ة،
وإلى حكاياتٍ تُروى للأجيال عن رجالٍ عبروا الألم واقفين.
في وجه د. حسام لم تكن تظهر علامات الخوف،
بل آثار المعركة؛
معركة الطبيب الذي بقي في مستشفاه حتى اللحظة الأخيرة،
حين هرب العالم كله من مسؤوليته،
وبقي هو يداوي الجرحى تحت النار،
ويحرس ما تبقى من شرف الإنسانية في غزة.
كان الاحتلال يريد أن يُدخل إلى المحكمة أسيرًا مكسورًا،
لكنه أدخل رجلًا يشبه الثورات حين تنتصر أخلاقيًا حتى وهي تنزف.
أدخل طبيبًا تحوّل من إنسانٍ يحمل رسالة،
إلى رمزٍ يحمل وطنًا كاملًا فوق كتفيه.
د. حسام أبو صفية ليس مجرد أسير،
إنه شاهدٌ حيّ على زمنٍ تُحاكم فيه الإنسانية نفسها،
وحين ين��ر الناس إلى وجهه المتعب،
فإنهم لا يرون آثار السجن فقط،
بل يرون غزة كلها…
محاصرة، مجروحة، لكنها لا تنكسر.

Dr. Hussam Abu Safiya… When a Doctor Becomes a Legend of Resistance

Inside a cold courtroom surrounded by iron bars,
the imprisoned physician Hussam Abu Safiya sat not as a defendant led to trial, but as an entire cause embodying Gaza’s pain and the dignity of its people.
His face appeared pale from the cruelty of imprisonment, yet his features still carried the firmness that only great sacrifices can forge.
His exhausted eyes were not the eyes of a defeated man, but the eyes of a homeland worn down by massacres and still standing.
Dr. Hussam appeared in court as though he had just emerged from beneath the rubble itself.
His features spoke of endless nights of interrogation,
and his frail body revealed what prison cells had done to men of principle.
Yet his dignity remained greater than the jailer and stronger than the chains.
This doctor, who once carried his stethoscope through hospital corridors to pull children back from death,
is now being stripped of his freedom by the occupation.
But true heroes are never defeated inside prisons;
they become eternal symbols,
stories generations will tell about men who walked through suffering while remaining unbroken.
On Dr. Hussam’s face there were no signs of fear,
only the marks of battle —
the battle of a physician who stayed in his hospital until the very last moment,
when the world itself fled from responsibility,
while he remained treating the wounded under fire
and guarding what remained of humanity’s honor in Gaza.
The occupation wanted to bring into court a broken prisoner,
but instead it brought a man who resembles revolutions when they achieve moral victory even while bleeding.
They brought a doctor who transformed from a man carrying a mission
into a symbol carrying an entire homeland upon his shoulders.
Dr. Hussam Abu Safiya is not merely a prisoner.
He is a living witness to an era in which humanity itself stands trial.
And when people look at his exhausted face,
they do not only see the scars of imprisonment —
they see Gaza itself:
besieged, wounded… yet unbroken.
