Travel here and there as if I am not PLHIV! True indeed, being PLHIV is not a barrier to have a normal and extraordinary life!

But to be honest, I found the supplements that I am taking helpful and until now I am sti taking it. I'm in my 6 years of ARV and I am almost 13 years as PLHIV.

Thanks God I am UD already! And what's the twist? I was able to live my life the way I never imagine.

As much as we don't have a choice but to stay positive, let us not allow anybody to invalidate our worth just because we are living in this condition. We are just naturally the same, we only differ in how we bear the struggles within. So stop stigmatizing and discriminating!
