@JaipurTrident , probably the worst hotel. I have my booking for 26th Sep. But I have received no confirmation regarding the same. Their customer service is slow and once they have customer’s money they forget everything.

@AmazonHelp I spoke with the link that was sent to me via DM. But it’s literally worst. They close the chat abruptly post transferring my chat 3 times. Not sure if Customer obsession is still a principal at Amazon. @AmazonHelp worst ever.
