Project Alloy believes that Black lives matter.
That statement - that Black lives matter - stands on its own and needs no qualification, no justification.
Here's what that means for us.

@starsandrobots I am hiring for @aerometrex. Having worked fairly productively globally + remote both in commercial and open-source settings it would be hypocritical to deny others the same opportunity. Some FaceTime does help...but these days we have a plethora of video conference tools.
Member question:
Does anyone know any companies hiring remotely, globally “anywhere” for technical positions, like SOC, cloud eng/support, devops etc.?
Thanks.

Love this Indigenous care package I received in preparation for the @IndigiData virtual workshop! All Indigenous owned companies to support while we learn & nerd out about data! Thank you 🙏🏽
@strangeloop_stl is great, and @ProjAlloy is great. project alloy helped me attend a couple years ago, and i’m still so grateful. unfortunately can’t go this year, but if you’re underrepresented in tech and early into your career, apply!! ✨
Everyone deserves a shot at being “in the room”. Project Alloy’s work is to make sure there aren’t unfair hurdles keeping folks out and instead to bring people together, make sure nobody feels alone, make introductions, and foster a lifelong community.

Conferences are where we come together to speak and to learn: what is new, what is interesting, and where things are going.
At a conference you can learn what’s happening and worth knowing about. And leave with the meta-knowledge of knowing you know you know what’s cutting edge.
