This year's #WorldMentalHealthDay2022 theme is "Make Mental Health and Wellbeing for All a Global Priority". Here at Project AKILI we continually do that by sharing our stories on lived experiences as well as sharing resources on mental health.
Inorder to reduce the number suicide cases we must start by creating safe spaces for all people to be able to seek help and talk about their issues whenever they are overwhelmed by feelings. This will help in reducing the stigma around Mental Health.
