🚨There was a THIRD leak of the footage from the "ENHANCED" shooting on the Losee Building.

The State, once again, had a computer screen open on Day 2 when the Judge and witness exclusively saw Exhibit 12.1 in its "ENHANCED" format.

This is the "DEFINITELY TYLER" footage of the shooting on the roof.

You don't actually see the shooter, however, you can see the "shooter" jumping off the roof (he's a pixel) and you can understand that there was NO "ENHANCED" footage. Just zoomed in. Like anyone with half a brain could have done on their own.

I was at the Charlie Kirk murder trial in Provo, Utah where Judge Tony Graf called for the attorney for the victim to play a video described as “high definition enhanced version of the security cameras.” Multiple new clips, zoom ins and red circle enhancements in this video. It showed clear images of Tyler Robinson’s Dodge Challenger, license plate, hubcaps, clothing, movements around campus in multiple visits as he stalked Charlie, climbing onto the rooftop, lumbering across the rooftop, laying in a prone sniper position on the Losi rooftop at 12:22 PM. Taking a shot at 12:23 PM. And fleeing the crime scene. It was so compelling the entire room gasped as the Kirk’s wept bitterly in the front row and Tyler Robinson looked at the ground.

Multiple corporate media reporters in the room described the same video and scene.

Did you camp out all night in your sleeping bag just to miss this critical moment? Or perhaps there’s another reason you’re not being honest…

What was shown was mostly previously released security footage. Only a few new clips were played, and none of them were the crystal-clear, zoomed-in footage of Tyler Robinson that Benny is describing. There was also no high-quality footage shown of anyone actually taking the shot.

Benny’s video is heavily edited with multiple cuts, which is usually a sign someone is struggling to keep their lies straight. He’s pushing a narrative that simply isn’t true.

‼️BREAKING: Resurfaced Footage Captures New SUSPECT In All Black Fleeing UVU — Looks MORE Like Lance Twiggs Than Tyler Robinson

New video has resurfaced showing a man running from the UVU crime scene on 9/10, filmed by a witness who believed he was the real suspect.

The man is seen wearing all black, with a black backpack and long dark hair — matching multiple descriptions from that day.

Construction worker Dylan Hope previously described coming into contact with a man right after the shooting who said “someone’s been shot.” He described him as wearing a black trench coat, black cargo pants, black COVID mask, black sunglasses, and having long greasy black hair while carrying a small backpack.

That description also closely matches what was broadcast over police dispatch that day: a suspect wearing all black, black mask, and carrying a long gun.

The only known footage of a person on the roof also shows someone dressed entirely in black in a prone position on the Losee building.

This new video does not appear to show Tyler Robinson — however, the man in the video bears a noticeable resemblance to Lance Twiggs — particularly in hair length, color, and profile, though the footage is too blurry to make a positive identification.

If this is the same person seen on the roof and the same individual who approached the construction crew, it raises serious questions about who was actually at the scene that day.

The descriptions of the person seen running, the person on the roof, and the individual who approached the construction crew are all consistent with each other… and inconsistent with Tyler Robinson.
