Burly biohacked bee. Overslept from 1984 to 2018. Not a fan of the design of your modern cars. (( RP account for #SWLRP, not a real person! In game: R64 ))
π Character Info
(( Survivors of involuntary neuroprosthetic and brain-computer interface experiments in 1984, Rabia and @FatimaSWL were saved by Bees but trapped in stasis until their rescue by Secret World agents in October 2018. Rabia is the classic warrior of the pair. ))
@SaoQuincy (( I don't know if I could ever use it in character, but I'm hoping I can make it to 50 to get this while the event is ongoing, just for the awesome weirdness of driving three of my friends through fantasy landscapes in a magitek convertible. ))
(( A more posh version of Rabia exists in Final Fantasy XIV now. Blame the player of a certain Templar who shall remain nameless.
Also, Pia turned into a catgirl. ))
@CroiseTemplar It's always the little things we miss the most, isn't it?
Video on demand is cool and all, but you can't put it in a kickass futuristic box.
@AClerisy@SWLRoleplay (( Also worth noting, there are natural lulls in RP activity during content droughts.
Recent game additions have been nice, but we haven't had anything substantial in a while. People's interest will naturally drift until the next big patch brings them back. ))
@AClerisy@SWLRoleplay (( Others have mentioned the big ones for me: it's a lot of work, it spikes anxiety, I need to be in the right mindset to account for unexpected/clever player choices, and negativity (such as two players not liking each other, and telling me all about it) is discouraging. ))
@DiscreditSWL @SWLRoleplay@FatimaSWL We have (outdated) chips in our brains and kickass glowy eyes, but that's it. No sweet cyber-limbs.
I guess technically Pia could get a cyber-pinky-finger if she wanted.
(( Obligatory shilling of a Massively raffle for Star Trek Online in order to get myself an extra entry. It's what the Ferengi would do. )) https://t.co/ilXIRzjBfp
@DrLevsky She wasn't really open to my apologies. Since humor lessens tension, figured I'd serenade her with "It was the best of times (until I brained your dad)" to the tune of that song by Styx.
Final nail in the coffin, that.
I had trouble with relationships until Pia came along.
