Very excited to finally unleash The Lost Art of Running, a book written by Project Ultra’s, Tim Major, and running technique and movement guru, Shane Benzie . . .
Published a year ago today, I haven’t been able to travel since but book definitely has, it’s topped the charts in the UK, the US, Australia and Asia.
Thank you so much to everyone who has bought the book & Tim Major for helping to make the project possible and good fun!
Tomorrow I set off on the Wainwrights to bag 214 of these tops. Amazingly the forecast looks nice, even warm. My kids have a low tech scratch-off tracker, here's the real one: https://t.co/llqGiz7id3. Please also have a look at the @actionmedres fundraiser on the tracker page.
What a 23 hours 48 mins! Over the moon to of run 33 Munro’s in a day. Could not done it without the support of so many. What an adventure pushing my limit. 😀📸@rossbrannigan95
Last year after the Pennine Way I got a blog post up faster than ever (had to, while I still had the record). This year was my slowest ever, & my 1st post since January. There's a lot going on. But part of that delay was due to planning what's next. https://t.co/MSqwtoKu73
Sabrina is still on course to break the record for the Wainwright round. The next 2 sections will be crucial. Both are long & rocky with loads of climb. The 1st will be half in the dark, the 2nd wet. Expect some lost time but she does have a buffer. https://t.co/sGuIg3YIMh

"Female ultra runners are faster than men in races over 195 miles. The longer the distance the smaller the gender pace gap. In 5Ks men run 17.9% faster, in marathon 11.1%, in 100-mile races gap shrinks to 0.25%, and over 195 miles, women are 0.6% faster." https://t.co/ZdSrwxjbK2
