We understand the importance of the host nation(s) staying in until the later rounds but what happened when South Korea were hosts, (v Italy), and is happening now with the USA, is unacceptable. It makes a mockery of the whole tournament. The world is watching. @TEAMtalk
Knowing of the altitude and seasonal weather issues affecting Mexico City, it is surprising FIFA selected MC as a co-host. Now rescinding a red card for a horror tackle to improve the chances of a co-host nation staying in the tournament suggests money talks. #lufc@talksport
@goldsize@BeardedDevilUTD@BBCMOTD He did it with a squad of mid-table water-treaders. And that first home game against Stoke was just mind blowing. In 90mins, he took me from low expectations to thinking we could win the European Cup. I exaggerate, a little.
@BBCMOTD Easy fix. Put a live feed of what the VAR team are saying and reviewing in the two dug outs for the management teams to monitor. If they've nothing to hide then why not? The feed should be live from first whistle to last. That's transparency Mr Webb.
BBC Sport's VAR and Referee Error tables don't tell the full story, not when there were 2 errors in the LEE v SUN game alone. And DCL's toe nail offside decision against WHU looked very suspect - CGI and other WHU player and ball cropped out #LUFC https://t.co/vKPy4k5Xkw
@MissVJFxx Bill's lung busting run down the wing shouldn't be forgotten. Bill at his best and not Pablo's greatest strike but certainly his most important. Incredible memory for sure.
PGMOL/VAR standards are at an all time low. Officials are deciding results with convaluted review processes and 'muddy' rules. A possible solution is for the two dugouts to receive live audio/video feeds of the VAR officials at work. Why not, what do VAR have to hide? #lufc
Surely, the fans are aligned with Farke on this one. He and we want more progress. We don't expect £60million players to be signed but we don't want to standstill either. #lufc
