1) Down rounds: ~20% of VC investments are down rounds

2) Bridge rounds: ~40% of Series A & B are bridge rounds

3) Round velocity: Time between rounds has increased to 24+ months across stages

4) Lower valuations: Ranging from Seed down ~15% to Series D down~60%

5) Smaller rounds: 70% of rounds are now $10M or smaller

6) KPIs: Unit economics and capital efficiency matter more now

7) Acquisitions: There has been an increase as more lose runway and can’t raise

8) Unicorns: Only 13 were birthed in Q1, lowest in 6 years for a quarter
