@jonas_westh@najib__rahal If you ate 1kg of beef a day, you wouldnt have the calories to eat other varieties of food to not be deficient in anything. Its not optimal unless youre goal is to put on fat, also its not a difficult quanitity to eat so it wouldnt be impressive at all
@najib__rahal@jonas_westh 100%, in 100g of beef there could be anything bewteen 0.3 - 0.5g of creatine. An average serving of steak is 200-300g, youd have to have 1 kilo + to get a sufficient amount of creatine
