@AvantiWestCoast how your first class service is so variable! This evening from Edinburgh is dire. You need to watch your staff, they are genuinely taking their employment for granted! It’s not fair to those who do work hard and those of us who pay for 1st class.

@AvantiWestCoast hi folks, it seems like the Avanti booking system (web or app) still isn’t working. I’m looking at trains from Crewe to Euston on 4th July on the 06.31. With avanti the only option is an off peak single priced £72.60. With LNER or Trainline £25.

@AvantiWestCoast hi folks, what is happening with first class service? The 06.31 Crewe to London Euston only had a tea or coffee service. No juice, no water or food! Pretty steep ticket price for just tea or coffee!

@AvantiWestCoast I’m delighted to tell you that the service home is/was exemplary. Menu’s given out before we left the station. Immediate drinks service and food choices taken. Absolutely spot on service from the guys on the 18.33 Euston to Manchester Piccadilly service. Please pass on my thanks!
