I’ve convinced my brain that the stock market is only open from 9:30–10:00 AM.

That’s it. At 10, the market is closed to me. Computers shut. I’m not getting back on. I’m not checking what SPY did without me. I’m not obsessing over the move I “could’ve” caught.

I’ve realized I trade my best when I’m fresh, focused and working inside a very small window.

Wait for MY setup.
Trade what I see.
Execute.
Take the base hit.
GET OUT.

I’m basically collecting base hits like they’re Pokémon at this point. 😂

There are 74 trading days left in 2026, and yes, I have some absolutely ridiculous goals in my head. But staring at a compounding chart isn’t going to get me there. Building a repeatable system and protecting my account might.

Right now, that means 15–30 minutes of exposure instead of spending six hours giving the market opportunities to take my money.

Will my system evolve as my account grows? Absolutely. But I need a system that works for the trader I am and the account I have TODAY.

And right now? This is working.

9:30–10:00. Base hits. Shut it down. Go live my actual life. 🕷️⚾️
