@BFrank479 @Keir_Starmer That isn’t semantics. “Accelerated the decline” is a factual claim, and the figures don’t show that. A minister resigning proves a dispute over how much investment is needed, not that Starmer signed a DNR.

You can question government stats, but you still need something stronger than suspicion to prove Starmer accelerated the decline. Otherwise it’s just rejecting the data because it doesn’t support your preferred narrative.

@BFrank479 @Keir_Starmer The armed forces were hollowed out mainly under the Conservatives. Starmer can be criticised for not fixing it fast enough or for underfunding the rebuild, but you’re deluding yourself if you think this is only happening because of Labour.
