๐ Trading Discipline Challenge
My name is Pavel. I live in Switzerland.
I've been trading futures for around 1.5 years, and during that time I've learned something important:
Making money in the market is not about predicting every move.
It's about discipline.
Many traders are attracted by one simple mathematical idea:
If you could consistently achieve an average of 3% per day and compound the account for an entire year, a small account could theoretically grow into something extraordinary.
The numbers are fascinating.
But that's not the purpose of this challenge.
The purpose is to find out whether it is possible to consistently execute a simple plan day after day without letting psychology take control.
This is not a challenge about turning $100 into a million.
This is a challenge about maintaining discipline.
Starting with $100 feels easy.
But something interesting happens as the account grows.
At some point, the numbers begin to feel significant.
For one trader that level might be $1,000.
For another, it might be $10,000.
For someone else, it could be $100,000.
Everyone has a personal threshold where emotions begin to change.
Fear increases.
Greed increases.
Decision-making changes.
That is where the real challenge begins.
Because trading psychology is real.
Most people say trading is 80% psychology.
Personally, I believe it's closer to 95%.
My biggest losses never came from a lack of market knowledge.
They came from:
โ FOMO
โ Greed
โ Overtrading
โ Breaking my own rules
โ Chasing bigger numbers
This challenge is an experiment.
How long can discipline outperform emotions?
How long can a simple plan survive real market conditions?
The rules are straightforward:
โข Start with $100
โข Target an average of 3% per day
โข Follow the plan
โข Respect risk
โข Avoid emotional decisions
Every week, any profits above the planned growth curve will be moved into a reserve account.
That reserve exists to help offset future losing days, missed trading days, and difficult market conditions.
The goal is not to impress anyone.
The goal is to stay consistent.
Let's see where discipline leads over the next 365 days.

๐จ Morning Crypto Brief | July 20 (Swiss Time)
The overnight crypto selloff wasn't caused by the CLARITY Act.
Here's what actually moved the market:
โข ๐บ๐ธ๐ฎ๐ท Escalating US-Iran conflict pushed oil above $90, increasing inflation fears and triggering a global risk-off move. ๏ฟฝ
