Tip for writers: we find that first person is difficult for many to do well; ask yourself if your story wouldn't be better off written in third person.
I had an AMAZING #concarolinas this year! The highlight was meeting MythBuster @ToryBelleci & giving him a copy of Nightfall. This is the sort of thing I've dreamed of since I started writing as a little girl but dared not hope would actually happen. 😄
We were just rocked the rocking @concarolinas and had several fascinating panels and talked to many, many readers. As often happens, the subject of querying came up a number of times... For the curious: we're closed to new submissions right now :/ but will reopen this fall.
