Thank you so much to my colleague, David Purdie, Prov.G.M. (Devonshire), for presenting a cheque for £6,771 to CEDA on behalf of the Mark Benevolent Fund. We hope the new Acheeva bed system will be a useful addition to the charity's equipment. #MBF#MarkMasonry@davidcpurdie

So pleased to catch up with our Charities Manager, Darren, at the annual Grand Assembly of Royal Ark Mariner today. He had erected an eye-catching M.B.F. display. Well done to Linda and Millie too for their hard work in dealing with all the enquiries from members. @MarkMasonsHall
Had great pleasure to present the PGM for Dorset Mark with a Grand Masters Keystone Fund certificate today, the first Mark Province to qualify. Presentation happened at the Mark Xmas lunch with over 100 people attending and raising £800+for the Dorset Mark Discretionary Fund. 😎
A most enjoyable meeting of the Provincial Almoners and Charity Stewards Lodge of MMMs No. 1943 in Northampton this morning. Pictured (l to r): Archie Torrance, Brian Ward, Mike Whelan, Pete Hayler. #MBF#TheMagicoftheMark#MarkMasonry@MarkMasonsHall
Very pleased to present a Grand Master's Keystone Fund collarette, jewel & button to the newly installed WM of West Kent AMD Council No. 66, W.Bro. Ray Johnson, at Oakley House, Bromley, last night. And to do so in the presence of the District Grand Prefect was very special. 👍
Four examples of recent grants by the trustees of the M.B.F., which makes me very proud!
The Lovey Foundation UK (Ghana) = £2,900
Haswell & District Mencap (Durham) = £26,215
ShelterBox (Truro) = £25,000
Addenbrooke’s Charitable Trust (Cambridge) = £100,000

So good to read messages of appreciation like this. It makes the work of M.B.F. Trustees so fulfilling. It is only through the generosity of our members donating through the Mark Emergency Relief Fund that the M.B.F. can continue to support such worthy causes. #MBF#ShelterBox
Delighted to announce that the trustees of the Mark Benevolent Fund have approved a grant of £25,000 from the Mark Emergency Relief Fund to assist ShelterBox with efforts in Morocco following the devastating earthquake recently. We wish them well. #MBF#MagicoftheMark
Well today I woke up no longer PGM for the Province of Dorset after eight fantastic years.
Many thanks for the splendid support I have received during this time from the Brethren of Dorset, truly amazing. I will not be bored though as I have the AMD and the MBF to keep me busy.
