Most people constantly raise their brows and tense their forehead without realizing it.
It makes them look anxious, reactive, and approval-seeking.
Relax the forehead.
Lower the brows.
Slightly engage the lower eyelids.
You instantly look calmer, sharper, and harder to shake.
Wide, unblinking eyes signal fear, surprise, or submission. A heavy squint looks like you can't see.
The Technique: slightly raise only your lower eyelids slightly, leaving the upper lids relaxed.
This produces the look of deep focus and comfort.
Practice absolute facial stillness when someone is talking to you or when you enter a room. Let your jaw relax (don't clench, which looks stressed, but don't let your mouth hang open either)
@bartholepoo@Yomatomoko Both sociopaths and losers have seen through the official story, one decided to run the game, the other decided not to play. That shared awareness lets them communicate honestly with each other. The clueless despite sitting between them in rank are excluded from this entirely
@bartholepoo@Yomatomoko It's Venkatesh Rao's gervais principle. Babytalk is sincere and literal. Posturetalk is performative, words chosen to look good rather than inform. Gametalk is strategic but surface level. Powertalk is where real meaning lives beneath the words and both sides know it
@KichiMitsurugi@argenteye123@Vega_Uau@GradeA_Autism Argent Eye was right that the shadow isn't a synonym for true self but it is an important part of it. Without integration of the shadow into the self there is no individuation.
