MasterAilan on Reddit showcases their 4-player proof-of-concept for Pokémon Platinum multiplayer!
It's called Pokémon MultiPlatinum and is still in early development! The clip shows everyone entering a Pokémon Center, healing, and the animation triggering correctly across all connected games!
cutting physical media cuts costs only for the company. they get to save on production, design, shipping and still charge the same thing with nothing being passed on to the consumer
Im not overly political on this acc but genuinely fuck off. Destiny is a story about protecting the people. About setting differences aside. About unity, inclusion, and it's queer as FUCK. So FUCK ALLLLLLLLL THE WAY OUT OF MY FANDOM, LARP HOUSE
One of my favorite Destiny memories. Interviewing the lead dev of the iconic Whisper of the Worm Mission.
@vyperzero shared every bit of lore you could imagine.
Had to start the interview off by asking what it was like at Bungie the day the secret mission was discovered 😄

I’ve dabbled in Game Dev but never used blueprints myself. Even so, I think this was amazing for newer devs who wanted to ease into the engine.
Sure it wasn’t optimal, but if you’re making games where performance mattered, I doubt you’d need blueprints anymore. Sad to see it go.
71 pages of patch notes. 17k words.
...and we're still hunting down stragglers.
This is a big patch. Our teams have worked tirelessly to hit the highest priority/impacting bugs before launch, but there may be a few rough edges.
We hope you find Monument of Triumph to be packed to the brim with fun. If you encounter any issues on launch day or beyond, never hesitate to send us the info.
Destiny 2 was not a failure.
Destiny is—was—by all measures, one of the most resounding successes in its field, and its end is a consequence of its management, not the game itself, nor the team and community that propped it up time and time again, or the vision that fueled it.
Destiny was a pioneer of the live-service formula. It was one of the earliest games of the 2010s to try to deliver constant goods, whether they took the form of missions, new loot rewards, or skins, to a console audience.

Rewrote this a few times to get my frustrations out. I wasn’t ready to be done yet & it just hurts man. I don’t know if anything will help tbh. But let’s show up June 9th for Destiny 2 to at least honor & show love to the incredible work of the people who built this world 🫶💔
