@SouthwestAir Also, when purchasing the ticket, he was considered an unaccompanied minor, not a young traveler. I read the young traveler guidelines. I guess expecting common courtesy was too much to expect. #lessonlearned

My 12 year old almost missed his @SouthwestAir connecting flight because he was at the wrong gate. It’s his first time flying alone & no one could be bothered to assist him with his connection. I’m glad I called to double check he was boarding. I’m PISSED!! #DoBetter

@SouthwestAir My issue was that the flight attendant told him one gate so he sat waiting at that gate. Not realizing the gate was changed and that he needed to double check the departure board. Or that no one thought us was weird a child was by himself for 2 hours.
