@CapitalOne switching payment card networks to @Discover hasn’t been the worst thing, but there are certain things that still don’t like it - the Passport Parking app doesn’t take it in some locations, and the Too Good To Go app won’t accept it.
Tried the @tacobell Big Cheez-It Crunchwrap Supreme today. It tasted about the same as any of their other Crunchwraps, with just a faint hint of baked Cheez-It flavor. I was certainly hoping for more!
@Zoom In a recent update to my Zoom Desktop client, it seems I no longer have the ability to hide team member pictures in the Team Chat sidebar. Previously I was able to see just a simple status indicator next to each team member. I preferred the simplicity of this look.

@AmazonHelp My wife has been trying to get her Amazon gift card balance refunded for the past month after it was drained by a fraudster. Your online support has promised multiple times it would be refunded in 24-48 hours, but after a month of regular inquiries, nothing.
@AmazonHelp We received an automatic reply after sending that email saying that we would hear back within 6 hours. It has been 33 hours and we still haven’t heard anything back. It’s now been 47 days since we first contacted Amazon about this issue. When will you be able to resolve it?
@AmazonHelp I understand. We *did* reply to the email as I just said, and we have not heard anything back. I am hoping that social media will help gain some attention to our situation, but we are happy to continue via email if someone will respond to us.
@AmazonHelp Just FYI: your online team has been unable to help. The people my wife has been working with seem totally unable or unempowered to help. She just wants back the $50 Amazon gift card someone stole from us. It’s your company’s gift card, why not just give it back?
