I applied for e-transcript with WES reference no: 5584540 on July 15th'22 but have not received it after 46 days. How to file a formal complaint against R-III branch for their unethical working ?

Sir,
Kindly see that we are unable to file any formal complaint in Grievance Redressal Cell coz of the reason shown in image attached. With concerned department not doing their work and GRC being unreachable, how do we expect things to function in order @chkanwarpal @mdurohtak

I, Preyas Pandey, submitted an application for sharing my e-transcripts with WES on 15/07/22 in R3 branch. It has been 21 days and I'm still waiting for them to be shared. I would be grateful for your valuable time and help into this matter 🙏

@OfficialMdu I’m not in India and it is very painful to see my father, a 66 year old man, travelling from Delhi to Rohtak just to be told to wait. Nobody answers why is it taking so long. I’ve sent emails to every possible officer therefore I request your kind interference into this please 🙏🏻

@OfficialMdu Sir/Ma’am,
I have been calling in the office since Monday but no-one answers it. My father (a senior citizen) has visited R3 branch twice in last 2 weeks but nobody answers about my application. It could not take 27 days to send a transcript electronically to WES !
