@airtelindia Deepa, why is raising a complaint on the app and impossible task?
Chatbot simply doesn't let me do that, suggesting inane solves that don't solve anything.
Is tweeting the only way to get a complaint raised?
Even on call, people make you spend half an hour doing nonsense

Absolutely pathetic service since last one week. Slow net, frequently disconnecting. App is as usual useless jn raising complaint or finding a resolution.
Every single mode of public transport is compromised currently.
We've all seen the horrible train rush, attacks on trains in these past weeks.
Buses are having a similar crisis.
Never been a fan of @redBus_in and of course their private bus partners do this.
