Gulitangan, a musical instrument name is one of the traditional music orchestras from Brunei Darussalam. According to Nasih and friends on their paper said that ‘Gulintangan: This is a set of musical instruments consisting of 7-8 small gongs arranged in a row’ (2020).

Gulintangan as a Malay Brunei culture is believed as the heritage that exist for so long in Brunei Darussalam. Other than that, Gulintangan Orchestra is used as a medium for making a pantun to be a song.

Near on 1860, when Malaysia just be a developing country under the colonialist. The colonist instructed the imigran from Tiongkok to collect the bat guano at the caves for making compost. Then from that moment, the history said that it was the first time Batu Caves was found.
