@realEstateTrent Family of 5, lived in 6k SF. Last year, designed and built a 3,900sf home by eliminating all the waste in a 6k SF home (big foyers, long hallways, oversized rooms). The 4k house lives big bc there is almost no waste. Oh, and a bonus: the RE taxes are significantly less.
