@UK_Daniel_Card FYI: Tamper Protection can still be dealt with using KeysStroke Injection to the GUI, and if it's turned off there then you don't need a restart...so inject the keys to kill Taper Protection and then you can send Defender and the new MS exploit protections to bed with Powershell
