@SophieHoyle If the schools you work with buy in sessions (ours were 6 hour sessions with 3 for contact time & 3 for report), I found it super helpful to create a spreadsheet of all my cases and track what I had done for how long e.g., joint home-school consultation 1hr, observation 30 mins.

@davidp_tep @NazamHussainEP @profbeckyallen I'm also at the beginning of understanding how Bayesian reasoning works (I think it's super interesting), though I'm hoping to apply it more to research. Given that most reasoning in humans is Bayesian, are you hoping to make this more explicit for EPs/schools?

@davidp_tep Makes sense given the literature I've seen on it. But I think some of the ideas under the umbrella of GM (learning from mistakes, persistence) are absolutely crucial for learning. So it could be like the Samuel Johnson quote: https://t.co/fL7Jc4z0ql.
