The People of Kenya MUST now stand up and call for the removal of the word 'Harambee' from our national nomenclature, Court of Arms, Public Seal, all strategic national installations and any government entity named after the spirit.

The Deputy President and his team has deliberately invoked use of evil energies from the spiritual world to unsuspecting Kenyans.

The spirit brought bad omen, caused untold suffering, massive corruption and poverty in our country.

Also a petition was filed in the Justice, Legal Affairs and Human Rights committee in the Senate by Isaac Aluochier and National Assembly by Charles Mangua to have the word expunged but the petition was rejected by the legislators. t

The removal of 'harambee' was discussed in the drafting of the Constitution of Kenya 2010 but a decision was made to retain it.

DP William Ruto was also in the middle of the constitution making process.

The slogan's extensive use in the countrywide UDA/Kenya Kwanza campaigns where masses respond to the rallying call gives the spirit summoned a much stronger power, taking note the prominence of its use since independence,to dominate & influence our political destiny.

Now back to the use of 'harambee' in the campaign slogan in DP Ruto's Presidential campaigns. As the slogan goes 'harambee!' responded with 'UDA!' may be interpreted as summoning spirit of power & strength for UDA party while calling for destruction of its political opponents.

This may be interpreted as freedom and people have forgiven them, through a handshake symbol which represents reconciliation, taking note that the two main regions that made up their strongholds were involved in the 2007/08 post election clashes.

When the first President Jomo Kenyatta visited Kenyans in their work places, he found them using the slogan and he encouraged its extensive use in Kenya as a rallying call for Kenyans to pull together and build the country after the attainment of independence.

The two words were picked by Kenyans loosely translated as 'harambee' in their work places during manual work to mean 'pooling & pulling together' as the word's pronunciation nears Mijikenda word 'Halumbe' which also means pulling together.

'har' in India is the name of the god of death and destruction, also referred to as 'lord shiva' and a husband to 'ambe' the goddess in charge of power and strength. Indians then were simply summoning the gods to give them strength in the lifting of heavy construction materials.
