Year 10 students applying their Food Science knowledge today. Students were watching how acid (lemon) denatures proteins and then coagulates to make the filing in the Lemon flan set - no cooking involved. Well done to David 1st, Josh 2nd and Cyrus in 3rd placed. 🍰🧁
