Year 10 students applying their Food Science knowledge today. Students were watching how acid (lemon) denatures proteins and then coagulates to make the filing in the Lemon flan set - no cooking involved. Well done to David 1st, Josh 2nd and Cyrus in 3rd placed. 🍰🧁

Year 7 had their second practical in Food Technology last week and made their very own pizza toast from scratch. They then came together and ate the pizza toast for their lunch. What a great, quick, easy and yummy lunch at home! 🍕🍞🍅 #foodtech
