I completely agree- but that frustration needs to be directed at insurance reimbursement, not employers. Can’t pay $50/hr when reimbursement can be as low as $35/visit.

@gawendaseminars Thats one of the million reasons we don’t use support personnel in the clinic for any aspect of patient care. Unfortunately that thinking is not universal. I hear too many stories of the one PT , four aide treatment clinics. State of Mass seems to be riddled with them.
