@sircalebhammer That ideology has been running rampant for many years. That was the first wave of people to leave before he took office, but it was based on his policies. More people will leave in the years to come, it does take quite a long time to move your business and sell your property etc.

Would like a more solid backup 5 than Looney, Cisse would be my favorite option, but he is an RFA (with the Mavs who has 4 centers). It's basically impossible, but Kuminga with Cisse would be insane.
